VTV104 - VGA-to-TV Converter for PC/104

AMP VTV104 VGA-to-TV Converter AMP’s VTV104 is a scan converter board that accepts non-interlaced VGA data at up to 800x600 resolution from a PC or Macintosh computer for conversion to broadcast-quality NTSC or PAL TV signals. In addition to analogue RGB, 24-bit digital data can be input to maintain the best possible NTSC or PAL output quality. An option also exist to output RS170-compatible RGB colour output. Unlike conventional scan converters, the VTV104 features on-board Frame Store and a DSP unit which performs scan conversion, flicker filtering, scaling and colour-space conversion in the digital domain. The processed video data is sent to the digital video encoder for converting into broadcast-quality composite and S-video signals.
