Mobile586DX Low Profile Flat Panel computer

AMP's Mobile586DX is a high performance and cost effective PC-AT compatible embedded computer in a standard 3U card format. The Mobile586DX is 100% compatible with MSDOS, Windows 3.x, TCP/IP, QNX, etc. In addition to built-in controllers for floppy and IDE drives, the built-in FlashDisk enables the Mobile586DX to be used in high reliability diskless applications. The on-board SVGA controller is capable of directly driving the widest range of LCD, TFT, EL, Plasma Flat Panels to 1024 x 768 resolution. An on-board 24-bit video bus allows live video to be overlayed in a window on CRT or Flat Panel display. System expansion is via the AT96 bus (for rack-mount applications) and 16-bit PC/104. The PC/104 provides low cost expansion for addition of functions such as PCMCIA, Frame Grabber, additional Comms, Analogue and Digital I/O.
