GMSL to HDMI converter
The nanoGMSL2HDMI is a Gigabit Multimedia Serial Link™ (GMSL) to HDMI converter on a miniPCI-express form factor card. The nanoGMSL2HDMI automatically converts GMSL to High Definition HDMI. The compact form factor means the nanoGMSL2HDMI is ideal for video conversion in SWaP constrained systems.
The nanoGMSL2HDMI accepts (GMSL) signalling on a shielded twister pair (STP) input. The GMSL is deserialized, converted and output as HDMI/DVI on a flat flex connector. Cable sets are available for the nanoGMSL2HDMI that provide panel mount standard DVI or HDMI connectors. The nanoGMSL is compatible with a range of GMSL serializers allowing easy conversion of GMSL cameras and video sources to standard HDMI/DVI compliant signalling.
The nanoGMSL2HDMI is an intelligent module that requires no user configuration. The nanoGMSL2HDMI is powered via the miniPCI-express connector, consuming less than 1W.
